Kassandra J. (Bushaw) Frawley, 34, of Oil City, died Monday, February 9, 2026 at UPMC Hamot in Erie, due to injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident earlier that afternoon.
She was born in Franklin on August 5, 1991. She was the daughter of Pamela J. (Simmers) Bushaw of Franklin, and the late Danny R. Bushaw.
She was a 2009 graduate of Franklin High School.
She attended services at the Franklin Salvation Army.
Kassandra loved spending time with her daughters, baking, cooking, going for walks, and enjoyed the companionship of her dog, “Skye” and her cat “Natasha.”
She loved her job as an LPN, and loved caring for her residents at several nursing homes in the area. She previously worked at Oil City Healthcare and Rehab, and was currently employed as an LPN at Sugarcreek Care Center.
Kassandra was married in Franklin on July 5, 2014 to Darren J. Frawley, and he survives. Also surviving is her mother, Pamela Bushaw; two daughters, Brianna Bushaw and Emma Frawley, both of Oil City; her sister, Bailee Carroll (Travis); and two brothers, Danny Bushaw (Anita) and Jeremey Bushaw (Shauna).
Also surviving are several nieces and nephews; a sister-in-law, Erin Reznik (Joseph); her mother-in-law, Christine Guthrie and her husband Rich; a cousin, Trista Simmers and boyfriend Nate; and her Aunt Betty Simmers.
Kassandra was preceded in death by her father, Danny Bushaw; and her grandparents.
Funeral arrangements were held privately for the immediate family and close friends at Hile-Best Funeral Home in Seneca. The Oil Region Nurse Honor Guard conducted an honorary service and Major Kevin Brennan of the Salvation Army officiated.
