Tina Marie Exley, 61, of Oil City, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home on Saturday evening, February 7, 2026, surrounded by loving family.
She was born in Franklin on June 17, 1964, a daughter of the late Donald and Shirley Jean (Robinson) Harbaugh.
Tina was a 1982 graduate of Rocky Grove High School. She also attended the Vo-Tech school and studied culinary arts and food preparation.
She was a lifetime member of the Franklin Moose Lodge, and a member of the Franklin V.F.W. where she participated in several cornhole tournaments. In her earlier years, she enjoyed bowling.
Tina collected gnomes, enjoyed crocheting, doing crafts and diamond art painting, and organizing fundraisers and benefits to help those in need.
She was employed for 25 years as a baker and cake decorator for Shop-N-Save, and she also operated her own bakery and catering business on Grant Street in Franklin for many years. She made many wedding cakes through the years. She worked as an assembler for Liberty Electronics for six years.
She was married in Franklin on September 6, 2007 to Jason M. “Jay” Exley, and he survives.
Also surviving are three daughters, Debbie Reddinger and her husband Josh of Oil City, Brittany Irwin and her husband Justin of Oil City, and Erica Dick of Franklin; four grandchildren, Alexis Reddinger, Espin Reddinger, Olivia Irwin, and Jace Irwin.
Tina is also survived by two brothers, Don Harbaugh Jr. of Oil City, and Jeffrey Harbaugh and wife Jenny of Erie; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and her best friends, who were more like sisters, Tami Baker and Tammy Tarr.
Tina was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Shirley Harbaugh; and her paternal and maternal grandparents.
Visitation will be held Tuesday (Feb. 10) from 1-3 and 6-8 p.m. in Hile-Best Funeral Home, 2781 Rte. 257 in Seneca. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home Wednesday (Feb. 11) at Noon, with a visitation held one hour prior to the start of the service. Pastor Johnathan Reisinger will officiate. Interment will follow in Lamey Cemetery, Oakland Township, Venango County. Those attending are encouraged to wear Cornhole shirts or sports jerseys, if they desire.
